Dispatch Times

We aim to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible. Please check the product description for the specific dispatch time:

• Made to order — please allow 5–7 working days for dispatch.
• Ready-made items - dispatched within 1 working day of order.

If you place an order that includes both made-to-order and ready-made items, we’ll send everything together once everything is ready.

Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail for all orders:

• UK Standard Delivery (2–3 working days after dispatch)
• UK Tracked Upgrade available at checkout
• International shipping: Currently not available

If you need an item urgently, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Made-to-order items (such as chainmaille) are non-refundable unless faulty, as they are custom made just for you.
• Ready-made items (e.g. pearl jewellery) can be returned for a refund if unworn and returned in original condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
